Question about RCA TH1602 MP3 Player
SOURCE: My mp3 rca th1602
You can d/l the drivers for you Pearl here http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2243/related/1. Follow all the troubleshooting instructions that popup when you start the program:
start the program,
remove the battery,
hold the play button while plugging into usb,
release the play button when the the term "initializing" replaces "searching",
click the start button to replace the firmware.
You might want to leave the "format data" box unchecked to see it that works. After I did this, my pearl started normally, and my computer recognized it again.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
