Sanyo SCP-3100 is a CDMA phone so it doesn't have a place for SIM card.

Get the Unlock code for the SANYO SCP 3100 model mobile at
http://www.superunlockcodes.com/sanyo-scp-3100/rs12wp9/ and Unlock it from the Network lock.

i dusent have esn code it called Dec code

What they are telling you to do is, reprogram your phone, to do this they have given you the SPC code. Dial ##726100# and a menu should appear, the select edit, enter your ten digit wireless number, press ok, then enter it again and press ok, select save and or exit/reset to complete the process. Your phone should power cycle, thus after a restart the unit should no longer read [Service Required] on the other hand if that does not work for you please reply to this suggestion and request my email address and I will arrange with you to have your unit repaired as I repair Sanyo phones myself. Call in and reprogram your phone. You don't lose any information just resets it to the towers like rebooting a computer.. anyways they will give you a unlock code that is the msl you can try asking for it but be prepared they might not they are not supposed to give it out to you because you can seriously screw up your phone so by getting it reprogrammed you both win.
