Hello Larry Both units are 10 SEER.Standard rating ,not efficent units.JA25 is a 2 ton unit,JA60 is a 5 ton unit.Thats 24,000 BTU & 60,000 BTU.I hope that helps.

most likely your unit is low in freon and if your unit has a low cut out pressure switch you don't have to reset it because they have an automatic reset which happens when the pressure inside the unit goes up.
