Yes the bottom has screws in it, you can try to glue the top but I don't think that it will last long.

Is the removable stoneware replaceable?

Hi, Yes in theory it is replaceable. Whether you find one or not will partially depend on its age. I suggest that you search online using the following sort of format: "replacement pots for your make & model"

My cooks essentials technique pressure cooker will not turn on. It's like no power is reaching it. I've plugged it into outlets, but it won't turn on.

I had no power on my cepc800. Since parts are not available I had my husband tear it apart. If you are not electrically inclined don't try it....the problem in mine was a high temp resistor, which was bad. The problem was solved with a $2.50 resistor from our local electronics store.

I have the SCVP601R-L red crock pot. My ceramic pot is starting to look like it is cracking on the bottom. It is not leaking, I am just worried. I would like to get a relacement liner and it doesn't...

Check with your local hardware store, maybe they have some sort of scellent or glue for ceramic, just make sure it can stand high temperatures, if the crack is in the inside of the pot make also sure the product won't contaminate the food with nasty chemicals. Sorry that is the only thing I can think of besides buying a new crock...

good luck!

I have a Rival crock pot model # 5070 it has a lot of super fical cracks in the surface. Is this safe? Thank You Susan DuShane

If they are just in the ceramic liner and not really through it you should be ok, they are caused by temprature fluctuations, maybe youve added vegies from the fridge part way through to an already hot dish...
I still use mine all the time with no problems, i mix a little bleach in a sink of hot water and rinse it well to really disinfect it after using it to be sure its health inspector clean
