How do i repair a puncture on my mobility scooter

Depends on the model...... Most models have a split rim design .....
1 x Large Nut for attaching the wheel to the axle
4 x smaller nuts that hold the 2 sides of the wheel rim together.

Remove the wheel - Deflate tyre (if not already) - Remove the 4 split rim nuts - use a blunt instrument to gently tease the tyre off each rim to expose inner tube - Repair tube and reverse the process... Hope this helps .... Dave

I need longer studs for the wheel hub for puncture proof tyres i do not know the sizef

No you do not. Just use longer ones to squeeze rims together so you can tighten with the originals.

I have another puncture on my front on my Rascal 302 le how do a get my front wheel off

I am assuming you are talking about the castor wheels. You just need to remove the center bolt/axle. You will need a 5mm and 6mm Allen wrench. Once you get the screw out of one side, you should be able to push the axle out and drop off the tire for maintenance. This is generally a solid tire.

Puncture in one of my front tyre how do l remove it

To remove wheel there is one center bolt in the middle of the wheel(13mm). The wheel is a split rim so on the inside of the wheel there is more 13mm nuts undo them and the wheel comes apart.(no need for tire levers)

Regular punctures

I believe the solution is quite simple.Purchase a set of solid wheels, then the problem will be eliminated,i have
a scooter myself & have drove over broken bottles, when it was only too late to avoid them, but as i had solid
tyres, there was no risk of a puncture. And they can be purchased via your dealer in your area or it may be
cheaper to deal with the manufacturer of your product,by visiting their website for the info.Colin.

Need to replace back tyre of quinny pushchair as is punctured. Live in east grinstead. Where can I get a replacement.

I trust you mean East Grinstead, UK. Parts for the Quinny stroller can be ordered from the following location, a distributor in the United Kingdom:

Dorel U.K.
Hertsmere House
Shenley Road
Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1TE
Tel. (020) 8 236 0707
Fax. (020) 8 236 0770 I recommend you order 4 new wheels that are solid and do not require air. That way you will not have to worry about the tires getting punctured. These wheels are typically an OEM part and should be ordered through a distributor to get the proper size and fit. You can get more information regarding models, options, and accessories at Hope this helps.

How to remove rear wheel to have puncture repaired please.

  1. Turn fuel tap off.
  2. Remove both side panels.
  3. Lay scooter on engine side ( on some kind of blanket or mat to protect the bodywork. don't forget handlebars and front mudguard.)
  4. Remove the 5 nuts holding the wheel to the hub with a 13mm socket. (make sure you remove the hub nuts and NOT the 5 which hold the two halves of the wheel itself.)
  5. Slide and wiggle wheel out past the exhaust.
  6. Do the above in reverse when puncture fixed.
