My phone says i need a subsity code but now says i need to contact my servie provider can you help!
When the phone was originally purchased, (perhaps as a prepaid kit) it would have been locked to its original carrier. The Subsidy code is necessary to "untie" the phone from the original carrier, to allow it to be used with other carriers. The subsidy code is related to the IMEI number and the original carrier.
