Had a house fire and lost my serial numbers for all of my bissell products

Hey Danielle, sorry to hear about the fire. The serial number is located on a white sticker on the bottom of your ProHeat machine.

Call the Company, it should be where the model/serial number is. If you tried everything, they should send you a new one, if it is still under warranty. It could just be a defect, and even past a warranty, some will still help you. Good Companies will stand behind their products. If you call 1-800-555-1212, you can get most Company toll free numbers (Not all have one, but doesn't hurt to check).

Lost manual. don't remember how to do anything,like which tube do you put water an whivh do tou empty i just need a few answers on thin gs so i don't tear it up.

Where can i order a quicksteamer plus 1950 clean water tank?


I had a look at the Australian variant of this model and located parts number 407-0931 Clean Water Tank.

My best suggestion is that take this part number and contact your local Bissell Service Center, go to the Bissell International website to locate information for your country.

I am looking online for a replacement motor for my Bissell ProLite 3560-2 upright vacuum. I have found two different part numbers and do not know how to determine which is the correct one. 2146060 or...

Over heated


In the handle are a heater, transmission and a circuit board. If you have smoke come out and now it doesn't work, I would suspect the circuit board of being bad. If this is less then 2 years old, then it is still under warranty.
