You can recover your all lost databy installing a software related to data recovery on you computer. You may search it on Google, for example raid to raid software... After installing the software, connect your mobile via data cable to computer and do further process..
There is Software Problem of your mobile or There may be virus attack on your mobile so it is getting restart after 2 min. You should renew your mobile software if your a technician the use the dongle box to renew your software like JAF Software Dongle or UFS software Dongle using this you can renew you mobile software if you are using any other software dongle's then you can use that to renew your mobile software. After doing this if problem does not solve then there is hardware problem in your mobile please check the battery connector, power amplifier, Power IC & Boot IC. while doing this your mobile will get damaged so do it very carefully if your mobile go dead then we are not responsible for that.
If your are not then Please visit your nearest Nokia Service Center (Nokia Care) or Visit any Mobile Repair Center they will solve your problem in a day.

Sync Station allows you to synchronize content such as contacts,
calendar, tasks, notes and e-mails between your mobile phone and
applications on your computer.
Backup and Restore allows you to backup the information in your
mobile phone to your computer. If you have lost information in your
mobile phone, you can easily restore a saved backup, stored on your
computer, onto your mobile phone.
File Manager allows you to copy both individual files and entire
folders between your mobile phone and your computer.
Install Software allows you to download and install software on your
mobile phone.
Download Language allows you to download languages to your mobile
phone.
Phone Connection Monitor allows you to check the current
communication status and provides shortcuts to some of the software
applications in the PC Suite. The Phone Connection Monitor is installed
in the Startup folder during the PC Suite installation and will
henceforth be started every time that the computer is started.
Dial-Up Networking Wizard will guide you through the creation of GPRS
