Just bought a used Magnum heater. When I got home, I noticed that one wheel had fallen off. Anyone know where I can find a replacement?

one of the casters on one of my DeLonghi oil filled space heaters suddenly broke. I called DeLonghi, and they want $14.99 for a plastic caster!

I'd really like to find a more reasonable solution.

I have a delonghi TRD 1025T, The castors are too light for the weight of the appliance, It topples over easily and the castors come away from the appliance. The pins holding the castors to the appliance...

Is this a new unit you recently purchased or are you replacing old casters with something you bought?
If it's new and you're assembling the unit for the first time, the caster rod should slip into the hole and then snap into position. The pins are just a retainer.

Hope this helps.

Some full service hardware stores sell replacement casters, you'll just have to find one that will work. Good Luck!

Replacement Parts

This is made in China and parts are not easily available, you could try a hardware store as they sometimes have various wheels. I looked at mine and it appears that a 2" block of wood zip tied might also be the right height to keep it from tipping if a wheel can't be found.
