I wont to serf the internet threw my computer and tv.
If your TV has the right connection and the computer has the right connections. I would suggest go the the Dell support website, How to?

Judging by the TV with a RGB hookup, I'm sure that it has S-video. So does that motherboard...
Hook it up using S -video (cheap at WalMart), then go to Display properties.
Choose Advanced, then the Intel Chipset.
Choose the TV as the Primary and your TV will become your monitor
