Please make sure that the chainsaw is operating under recommended temperatures. Also, please switch the power source that you use for the chainsaw.

Then, please double check that you haven't installed the blades backwards.

There are much simpler devices on the market, the Husqvarna roller gauge is really good and easy to use, if any device is hard to use it generally doesn't get used.

I would say not
a normal 10 amp lead should be good enough
what you need is an extension box that has an inbuilt ELB in case you cut the lead or from a power point that has a ELB in the circuit breaker

Brushes are made from tongston steel. you can find them at any electric motor rewind shop. If not in stock they can be made if you have a piece of your old one

never saw your brand weed eater . but most weed eaters ,the string cap either unscrews or has plastic tabs that have to be pushed sideways with a flat blade screwdriver.If you have the plastic tabs ,be careful not to crack them off when pushing them sideways with a screwdriver--- so that the nub can clear the slot and get the cap off.

your oil pump is out you will have to replace it

I don't know the saw model.But they usually turn off clock wise.To the right.You will need to take a punch and hammer and give it a good hit to the right.Maby 3 or 4 times if its been on a long time.To reinstall give it a couple hits the other way so its tight.Hope this helps
