Question about Cell Phones
I was pulling my phone from my tight pocket the other day, and the phone's screen function ran out of order, and different touch areas started doing functions they shouldnt, i reset the phone to factory settings, i had a hard time touching the calibrating small red dot, but after atleast 200 times it said calibration complete, but on powering back on, the phone screen lost all sensitivity, and now cannot even unlock it... please help
The screen itself needs to be replaced or the digitizer for it.. in either case it needs to be repaired by a professional as it will need to be checked first by switching the parts to determine which one is at fault before replacing it. unless you plan on buying both it will be cheaper to have it repaired in a local shop.

I encountered the same problem but was able to fix it. Just don't know if it's just temporary. Go to tools, control panel, other, set up wizard, tap yes, tap the second button before cancel, keep on clicking to the right direction until the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 appears. Tap the center of each number until blinking stops, save settings. For the first few steps you may use the jog dial found on the left side of the phone if the touch screen does not follow your tappings.

Usually the pins on the FLEX shorts out when liquid gets between the connectors and dries. Or the connectors are just loose, this is because you don't take good care of your phone.
Well you have to let someone replace/reconnect/check the FLEX of the phone, Replace cost's around $20-$40 (or around 200-500Php)

All you have to do is...
hold down the (RED) End button and the (GREEN) Send button at the same time, and while still holding them down POKE your stylus in the soft reset hole at the bottom of phone.
Soft Reset button is located to the right of the mini USB charging port, assuming the phone's screen is facing you.
Confirm you want to Format and Done!
P.S. Sometimes if you don't hold the Green and Red buttons hard enough they tend to unclick and reclick if you don't apply Firm and even pressure. Also if you still have trouble make sure the phone is in the BOOTING cycle when you attempt this.
