Are you talking about the 3 caves of the Regis?
If you are then these are the pokemons needed...
Wailord Relicanth any pokemon that knows Dig
If you have these pokemons... go to the town Between Slate Port and the floating town on the left side side... but if you want to open it you need to go to the town floating in water sorry i don't know the name of the town but still go straight left i men lower left of the down just keep on going left until you reach a place to dive in... once you dive there is a cave there that will lead you to a code, after that undive there and go on the top and use dig. then a cave will open up... and there will be a symbol on the top and you need Wailord or Relicanth in your first slot and the other on the last slot... then press a on the tablet... then there will be a earthquake... once done the 3 caves are now open

How to get legendary pokemon on pokemon y

Hello, lynxgamer911. In Pokemon Y, Yveltal can be encountered in Team Flare's secret lair and caught there. Xerneas is unavailable to Pokemon Y. To capture Zygarde, you must first defeat the Elite 4 and Champion, then go to Terminus Cave, and traverse it until you get to the deepest area. You will eventually find it there. You can also capture one of the legendary birds (Articuno, Zapdos, or Moltres), depending on who you picked as a starter. You will encounter one of them in tall grass/cave/water after the Elite four. You will then need to encounter it around a dozen times more (you may be able to use the Pokedex to find out where it is, but it changes position regularly). After encountering them around a dozen times, they will go to the Sea Spirit's Den, at Azure Bay. You will be able to battle and catch them there. To capture Mewtwo, you will need to go to the cave in Pokemon Village after beating the Elite 4. It will drop its Mega Stone, Mewtwonite Y, after capture or defeat.

You may only catch four legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Y. To obtain the others, you will need to trade with other games.

Wher do i find dialga at on pokemon diamond

Before going, make sure to stock up on lots of Ultra Balls. Also be sure to have lots of Dusk Balls, which can be found in Pastoria City's Pokemon Mart. The reason is that you'll soon be catching Dialga/Pakia. In addition, you might need (Super/Max) Repels if you don't want to encounter wild Pokemon every few steps. You'll also need a Pokemon that knows Rock Climb. Now fly over to Oreburgh City and head east, entering Mt. Coronet on Route 207.

Surf across the water at the north. Go up the stairs and pick up the Protein. Climb the rocks at the very east and go up the steps. Pick up the Max Potion at the north and also the hidden Ether on the small piece of rock nearby. Go all the way south for an Escape Rope. Go north, then south again. Get outside through the exit temporarily, climb down the rocks, and pick up an Iron. Go back into the mountain and go as far north as you can. Cross the bridge and go south for TM80 - Rock Slide. Go north for a Revive. Now head east to get to the lower level and go inside the cave opening. Go up the steps and you'll be surrounded by three steps on all sides. Take the one on the right for a hidden Max Revive on the southern-most rock. Go back and go north, where you'll battle a Galactic Grunt. Go west and pick up the hidden Super Repel on the corner rock. Fight the Grunt and exit through the south.

Climbing to the Peak

Now you're outside in a snowy environment. The goal now is to climb to the top of Mt. Coronet. Go east, north, and climb the rocks. If you go east into the cave opening, you can go straight up the steps for a hidden Ultra Ball. Smash the rock at the bottom-left corner and pick up the hidden PP Up on the rock that's revealed. Go outside, head west, then south (not through the grassy area). Push the boulder out of your way and continue west. Smash the rock along the way and pick up the hidden Max Potion. Head north and go into the cave opening. Back inside, go straight and climb the rocks. Battle the Galactic Grunt, smash the rock near him, and pick up the hidden Revive. There's also a hidden Ether on a northern rock. Go east, battle the Grunt, and go south a bit to pick up a hidden Escape Rope. Head out again by going east.

Go all the way north for a hidden Rare Candy on the single rock. Go south a bit and go down the steps. Check out the cave opening to battle some Galactic Grunts and pick up a few hidden items, including a Rare Candy hidden in one of the rocks in the lowest level. You won't be able to go into the cave opening blocked by the Galactic Grunt. After they leave later, however, you may go inside to pick up TM02 - Dragon Claw. After that, get out of this cave area.

From the outside, climb the rocks westward and head west. You'll find a TinyMushroom hidden on a rock and a Big Mushroom on the northern-most level. You'll soon see another cave opening, which you should enter. On the second rock, you'll find another TinyMushroom. Keep going east and head up the steps. Battle the Galactic Grunt and pick up the hidden Max Potion behind her. If you go south as far as you can, you'll be able to pick up a hidden Stardust on a rock. Fight the Grunt and head west up the steps. As you go north from here, you'll battle one last Grunt before finally reaching the peak of Mt. Coronet.

Spear Pillar

At the top, you'll battle two Galactic Grunts before you get to the final challenge. Walking forward, you'll find Commander Cyrus, Commander Mars, and Commander Jupiter all in one spot! Commander Cyrus will summon Dialga (in Pokemon Diamond)/Palkia (in Pokemon Pearl). As the beast comes out, you'll see some impressive animation sequences. After Cyrus is done talking, walk forward and Commander Mars will challenge you to a battle. Suddenly, Rival comes over and gets into battle stance with Commander Jupiter. A challenging double battle will ensue (challenging mainly because Rival's Pokemon doesn't seem to help much). After defeating the two of them, Rival will heal your Pokemon and you'll observe Dialga/Palkia forming a galaxy as instructed by Cyrus. Luckily, the Legendary Trio will arrive to mess up his plans. Furious, Cyrus will battle you one-on-one with some pretty powerful Pokemon. After defeating him, the Team Galactic will leave, and Professor Rowan and Dawn will come. Professor Rowan tells you to help Dialga/Palkia out and the way to do that is to capture it (or defeat it)! The time has come...

Before going for Dialga/Pearl, save your game! Also, note that you should NOT use your Master Ball. This Pokemon is easier to capture than other legendaries in the game. Dialga/Palkia is at lv. 47 and it's very strong. Dialga is a Steel/Dragon-type Pokemon and Palkia is a Water/Dragon-type Pokemon. Try to get its HP as low as possible and throw Ultra Balls and Dusk Balls at it (while listening to the wonderful background music). Once you have captured it, Professor Rowan will come over to praise you on your incredible feat. Afterwards, go all the way north to pick up either the Adamant Orb (Diamond) or Lustrous Orb (Pearl), which powers up Dialga and Palkia, respectively.

How to get to the regies caves

"You have to get a Wailmer first, then evolve it at level 42 into Wailord. Then Go dive in the Water and try to find a Relicanth(It is prettyrare, be patient. IT IS WORTH CATCHING!) Put Wailord first on your team and Relicanth last. Then go to the left side of the city and surf to the bottom of the left side. Then Save the game. Now surf foward onto the current. you might encounter some land. If you are going in the right direction, you should make it to square of deep diving water. If you see it but pass it, or if you miss it altogtogether.Oh right nopw, restart the game and get a Pokemon on your team that knows DIG. THEN go surf and find the deep diving water. When you find it , Dive into it and go to the very end of it. you'll see Braille. Read it and then use dig. You will be in a Cave with braille. go to the end a read the braille. There should be an earthquake and you should hear 3 doors open.If U don't hear an earthquake, put Relicanth first and Wailord last. This is how you get The Regi caves. If you go to The Sandstorm place and go to the very bottom, There is Regirocks cave. If you surf Northwest from Dewford city, there is Regice. if you go to the rainy area in some other town(Check Cheat code places for the name, cuz i forgot!) there is Registeel. thx FOR YOUR TIME! How to get exotic pokemon

Lugia and Ho-oh are game specific Pokemon. You can only get Lugia in Silver and Ho-oh in Gold. However, Articuno can be found in Cinnabar cave, on the very bottom of the cave. You have to push boulders to stop currents, then just surf over and capture Articuno. Deoxys is in the Sevii Islands on FireRed and LeafGreen versions of the game. Dragonite you have to evolve from Dratini/Dragonair, which you can find by fishing in Safari Zone.

Pokemon Emerald

EMERALD ONLY! REGI GUIDE! EVERYTHING you need and how to do it:
1) Relicanth, 2) Wailord, 3) Dive, 4) Surf, 5) Rock Smash, 6) Dig, 7) Flash, 8) Fly*
(BRING 60+ Ultra Balls/ 30+ Timer Balls/ Pokemon levels 40-47 with Status effects like: Sleep/Paralyze)
1) Relicanth is found only underwater outside Sootopolis City (Route 126 is the best, 124 is the only other option)

2) Wailmer is found by fishing with a Super Rod on Route 129. You will get the Super Rod from a sailor living near the Space Center in Mossdeep. Surf and while surfing, use the rod. You may not get a Wailmer on the first try but keep on trying. When you get the Wailmer, evolve it. It evolves at Level 40. If it is already at Lv. 40 or over, evolve it one more level and it will evolve. It's pretty common outside of Lillycove City.

3 - 5) You must have had these to get through the game.

6) Dig. There is only one dig TM in the game. It is given to you by a girl in Route 114. Just off Fallabor Town. She is next to a cave inside her house. She says that her brother is the Fossil Maniac and she gives you the TM Dig. Dig, is a TM. Dig can only be used once,. You can still get dig elsewhere; Trapinch learns Dig at level 41 and Nincada at level 45. Or trade a Diglett from Diglett's Cave from FireRed/LeafGreen.

7) Flash is not optional. You MUST have it to unlock Registeel. Without it, you can still unlock the other two, but, you need it to unlock Registeel.

8) Fly is optional. But, without it you would have to Surf to everywhere you want to go. It is highly recommended.

Onward to the Regi's!
REMEMBER: If you happen to mess up, no biggy, fly back to Pacilog Town and try again.
First, fly to Pacifilog Town, Surf west, go NEAR the currents but NOT in them, yet. What we're trying to do is to stay as low as possible to the currents. Go to the lowest point, and start surfing. If done correctly, you will now be facing a fisherman. If not previously done, he will challange you to a battle. Defeat him and walk down, to the lowest point and surf. If done correctly, you will be facing a pair of swimmers. Go past them and touch the very lowest part of the current. You will land on a shallow part of Water. From here, go to the lowest part and go again.
From here, you will be taken to a shallow part of Water. Notice; part is on Route 133, part is on Route 134. Once here, walk to the left as much as possible (without leaving the shallow Water) and then walk down as much as possible. You will now be at the bottom-left-hand corner. Take two steps forward, turn left and surf. If properly calculated, you will now be in currents, the currents will then take you to a patch of still Water where you can dive. When you dive, go through the cave, you will still be underwater. Follow the path and you will arrive at a rock engraved with braille. When translated, the braille reads; GO UP HERE. Be on this exact spot and surface. If done accordingly, you will now be in the sealed Chamber.

In here, you will find ten rocks all engraved with braille. Go to the back of the chamber, the braille reads; DIG HERE. Use the Pokemon that has Dig and Dig there. A path to another room will open up. In this room, there are six stones, they read;
1) IN THIS CAVE WE HAVE LIVED.
2) WE OWE ALL TO Pokemon.
3) BUT, WE SEALED THE Pokemon AWAY.
4) WE FEARED IT.
5) THOSE WITH COURAGE, THOSE WITH HOPE.
6) OPEN A DOOR. AN ETERNAL Pokemon AWAITS.

Go to the back of the room. More braille. It reads; FIRST COMES WAILORD, LAST COMES RELICANTH. Put Wailord first in your party, and put Relicanth last. Well, that's it. If you've done as said, the doors would have opened. Exit the cave.

REGIROCK,
ABILITY; CLEAR BODY (Prevents ability reduction)
Met at Lv. 40, in DESERT RUINS.
Moves: CURSE, SUPERPOWER, ANCIENTPOWER, ROCK THROW

Fly to Lavaridge Town, go west (right) until you meet the desert. Go in. To the bottom of the desert, you will see a rock with an opening. go in. . Go to the back of the cave and read the braille. From the braille, walk exactly like this;
LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, THEN USE ROCK SMASH.
If you've done it correctly, a new opening will be revealed at the back of the cave. Go in. SAVE! Do not use your Masterball. Do not kill it. Capture it... NEXT!

REGICE
ABILITY; CLEAR BODY (Prevents ability reduction)
Met at Lv. 40, in ISLAND CAVE
Moves: ICY WIND, CURSE, SUPERPOWER, ANCIENTPOWER.

Fly to Petalburg City. Go west of the city and use surf. Stay to the left and you will come to some trees, land go around the trees, continue going down and you will find the cave. The braille at the back reads: STAY CLOSE TO THE WALL. RUN AROUND ONE LAP.
So, in any direction, RUN around the cave without leaving the wall. If done correctly, the opening will be revealed. Go in. SAVE! Capture. Do not use your Masterball. Do not kill it!

Last one! REGISTEEL!
ABILITY; CLEAR BODY (Prevents ability reduction)
Met at Lv. 40, in ANCIENT TOMB
Moves: METAL CLAW, CURSE, SUPERPOWER, ANCIENTPOWER.

Here is where you need Flash. Fly to Lilycove. Go to the west. Continue going west for a longish while until you can no longer go. Go up the stairs, through the really tall Grass, up the stairs again. Guess what? Go to the back of the room. The braille reads:
THOSE WHO INHERIT OUR WILL, SHINE IN THE MIDDLE. Walk four steps back and use flash. Go in. SAVE! Capture. Do not use your Masterball. Do not kill it
