I had the same problem. I sent the following message to
firstname.lastname@example.org and they sent me a new MobiGo Game Storage
cartridge for FREE.

cartridge for a while now and both have worked perfectly until

MobiGo Game Storage cartridge we get the following error message:
"System problem found. Please connect the unit to the computer to
I have downloaded the "Learning Lodge Navigator" and can view all
of the games we own in "My Downloads." But when the MobiGo Game
Storage cartridge is placed in the MobiGo, the "Learning Lodge
Navigator"acts as if the Mobigo is not on or plugged into the
computer even when it is.
I have searched for support online and several people seem to have
the same problem with no resolution. Someone suggested removing
the batteries and holding the "on" button for 45 seconds to reset
the unit, but this did nothing.
