I have a Radeon 9250 Pro dual head video card. I am running a NEC1765 as my second monitor in analog, and a Samsung SyncMaster T260HD as my primary monitor in DVI. My SyncMaster screen flashes off and on for no apparent reason. Any ideas?

- I did update the ATI drivers, but I have not tried the RGB cable - do you mean the analog cable? If so, it does not have the problem in analog.

- That's what I was afraid of. Thank you for your help!
First, try updating the ATI drivers. The DVI connection transfers information about screen state back and forth (it's a full two-way connection). If there's some bug in how the SyncMaster and ATI card do this communication (which sounds like the problem) then hopefully the newer drivers will fix it. Otherwise try it out on a RGB cable.

- Then I'd say that yes, it's just a bug between the 9250 card and the SyncMaster. Until ATI delivers an updated driver that fixes this (which is unlikely to happen due to the age of the card) then you're stuck in analog-world, I'm afraid.
