If you can't Find the Driver For your card, it is HERE.

This Solution would only help you if you're running Windows: XP or 2000...
As the Driver I found, ONLY, Supports WinXP or 2000.

You can try this:
Go to your Device manager, and Double-click [-Sound, video, and Game controllers-

Then: See if your sound card is listed in that category. (If there is an exclamation point or anything under that listing, then reply back with what DEVICE it lists it for.

If there is one.. [an ("!"),] and you are sure that it's shown specifically for your sound-card device, then I would Suggest that you uninstall it. [Right-Click on the Device>Uninstall.]

AND Download the driver FOUND above, and iNSTALL that, and then Reply Back with your results..

I Hope this helps a little..

Some of my songs play but the new ones say "bad track"

Make sure the files are all compatible with the device (probably Mp3 in this case). Check your instruction manual to find out which files will work on the device. Also, try testing the songs on Windows Media Player. If an error message comes up, the mp3 might be corrupt or has an attachment that makes it not able to play.

Wont allow songs

Best advice is to get a different player. The firmware on this device is ultimately unstable. After months of different issues i replaced it with an ipod, though many others are more reliable than mymusix.

I could not hear some songs

If you are using Windows Media Player to transfer your music. Check the "quality settings" in the Sync>Device Name>Advanced Options. Also, if you are "ripping" the music with Windows Media Player, check the "Rip Settings" to adjust the quality, as well. Best of Luck.

Sound device

The reason for the message will be the fact that windows doesnt recognise that there is a sound device available because the driver for your sound card or onboard sound is not built into XP and therefore you will have to find out what make of audio you have and install the relevant driver.

Sansa MP3 M240 No volume when playing songs, says to synch

Where did you download the songs? Napster?Rhapsody? Any online music stores? Try synchronizing them using their software. If you have ripped songs from a cd you may want to rip them again and before ripping them check this option on your windows media player software. Tools > Options then under RIP MUSIC remove the check mark that say's Copy Protect Music or choose the file format as MP3. Then format the device using the windows media player software(for version 10 = click on the sync tab then choose the pencil like icon on the far right, for version 11 = right click on the sync tab choose the player and choose format) use after doing that rerip the songs using the windows media player software.
