We have a couple of these phone and all of them have diverent times on them and I cant figure out how to change the time on them. please help

Press transfer, then dial 200, enter your password (default is 1234), press 1 to enable, press transfer again. Then press transfer, then dial 505. Change the time, then press transfer.

the power went off and our phones will not ring for incoming calls it sends them to voice mail eventually and we never hear the phone ring, the ringer all is set ok what is the problem and how do i fix it
