I can't find [email protected]

Through Microsoft, everything with access to Microsoft would be the same password, ID etc. on that account.
If your still not able to access then I would say your not able to because you don't have a back up email or phone or no access to that back up either. Then a call to them might help.

Remove your old hotmail account and create a new one, Outlook. If you want to keep both names - just keep them - or you can create an alias by signing in to your hotmail acct from any Internet-connected computer (both Outlook and hotmail are using the same database of accounts)

Create new account again and take note of the info specially when it comes to the email address and the password. There are times that you have to verify your account. and the system will send 1 mail to you to click for you to verify your mail account.

Access the Hotmail website and enter your user name and password to sign in to your Hotmail account. Click on the "Options" menu, and then select "More Options."


Click on the "Account details (password, aliases, time zone)" link under the "Managing your account" section of the Hotmail Options page.

Create a new account using your old hotmail name. You'll have to use a different password. That should get you into your old account

If the notebook doesn't have a PS/2 port then you would have to use a USB mice, or purchase a PS/2 to USB converter so you can use your old mouse on this notebook

I had the exact same problem just a week ago.. Easiest way around it is to create another email address with the same email address as your first one but changed slightly eg;

If mine was [email protected] the first time.
Create another one but changed slightly [email protected] .

This should solve your problem.

there have been problems related to these types with hotmail and yahoo too.......... try opening from an another comp or a diifferent network!!! if this doesnt work create a new account and transfer your mail and contancts to the new account..................try changing your passwd too>.. hope this helps!!!!!!!1
