Question about Televison & Video
We were watching a movie on another component - Blueray when the sound stopped working and turned off on the surround system. It won't come back on even though you can hear it try to power up.
What may be the simple answer to this problem is to take it in to a
repair shop and see if they can get it going. It may be as simple as
the speakers are switched off (some units have A and B speaker outputs)
or you are on an input with no signals on it. You may want to try
switching to the FM tuner and see if that works. Another approach is
to review the owners manual an see if it has a trouble shooting section
that will provide some guidance. I could keep going for another several
pages and then still might not hit on the problem since I would just be
guessing. Sorry to be so unspecific with possible solutions, but with
the data I have that is as close as it is possible to get.
Hope this gives you food for thought. If so, and you have more questions, just come back in with a follow up. Let me know when you get it working and what the problem was.
