1. turn on device 2. press setup (underneath on/off) till red light stays on then take finger off the button 3. press and quickly release device button (tv,vcr,etc.) the red indicator blinks off once 4. press the on/off button (up to 300 times) until the device is to be controlled turns off the red light blinks off with each button press 5. press and release enter to install code
1.On the remote control, press TV once. 2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice, then release SET. 3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice. 4. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off (after pressing POWER). 5. To lock in the code, press and release SET.The LED will blink twice. 6. Your done with programming.

hello, you do have a horrizontal problem, you may have a short parts on the said section, shorted horrizontal output transistor can couse this indicator to blink. when a shorted transistor then you may have a defective FBT. try to check some parts. ty
