SOURCE: Our slow cooker will not turn on - we have only

I have the same problem. The display lights up and everything, but it doesn't produce any heat. I suspect it's a problem with the "weight sensor" on the bottom, but I'm not sure. Anyone?

SOURCE: I have an all-clad slow cooker that won't get any power

Oh thats a pitty these things happens all the time. These devices working under high temperatures, working once and then turn off until the end of time. Advice you to send it to service if you have guarantee. Else somebody with technical knowledge must check where the problem is by using a test light first then treatment begins.

Need to replace the black rubber feet on slow cooker model AC 65EB by All Clad.

Hi,
you may not be able to find new replacement black rubber pods.
Instead, get a hot glue gun and make new ones.
Make sure you:
1. Insert a small amount of hot glue in the holes where the original pods where. Then use an even amount of hot glue to make'em all even (+- same size as original ones)
2. Let cool hot glue for minimum 5-10 minutes or you may burn your fingers, or it may not be solid enough to stand the weight of you cooker pot. :-)

I need to buy replacement rubber feet for rival slow cooker. I cannot find a web site that sells them.

I found what appears to be an exact replacement rubber foot for the Rival oval crock pot at ACE Hardware. They're called a "Rubber Bumper" and the part number is #405756. Amusingly this was in the "Automotive" drawer in their small parts area, labeled "General Use: Ford". Ha! Anyway, I had two missing rubber feet and after installation I can't tell these replacements are any different than the originals. Missing rubber feet

I called 1-800-5574825 The Rival Company Customer Service Dept. I found my instruction booklet and it had this number. They do not have a replacement part for this item. The customer service person was very polite and said since it was under warranty (under 1 year) she is sending me a brand new slow cooker. Very wasteful since I just need the rubber foot, but at least they are sticking behind their product. I hope this helps someone else.
