Question about LG WD-1080FD Front Load Washer

Leaking washing machine

My LG 1285FHD front load washing machine is leaking water from underneath the dispener drawer when it is rinsing. I have taken out the drawer, cleaned it, there is nothing clogging it. This has only just started to happen. How can I fix it? There does not appear to be any seal present which has broken.

    water leaking when machine is filling. I think seal is gone. The water is flooding into inside door rim.

You need to clean above where the drawer goes in, the water jet holes get blocked and spray sidewards. also you can reduce the water pressure at the supply tap to a fast trickle this will avoid jets of water flowing over and forward of the tray.

Check the water pump hose connections and the water pumps housing bolts themselves could have loosened from vibration. more likely the hose connections on the pump itself though. Hope this helps.

LG front load washer is leaking underneath the front left corner, the display code is FE.
Why don't you simply find out what the FE code is alluding to? Go to web site or do a google search and then you can check for the issue further.

Have a Miele W320, during the rinse part of wash cycle, water pours from underneath the detergent drawer. What can I do to stop this happening?
Is the drawer gunged up? Are you using too much detergent?

Remove the drawer, and clean it with hot water and a brush.

Look into the empty drawer slot for any blockages and remove.

Replace drawer, try pouring hot water into the open drawer to try to dissolve and clear any blockages.

Consider using a dosing ball and adding detergent to the drum.

LG WM2355C water leaking under machine after washing finished.
HI, you will want to Inspect the water supply connections. this is a good spot to check first. there may be a loose connection here, causing the leakage. Next, Inspect the drain hose. Check to make sure that it is tightly connected to the drain pump. replace if needed. Last. Inspect outer tub/basket for cracks or corrosion.

You will find the issue in one or all of the above stated check points.

Yes the system is cloghed. Pull the detergent drawer out and clean the drawers housing. try using some bleach. It allways helps.

BE ADVICED: after using bleach run quick wash cycle on without any load, it's just to get rid of all bleech remains and not to damage your clothes

LG WM-1285FHD Leaking from Dispenser Drawer area
There is a problem with the dispenser assembly where the drawer enters.  You will have to have it checked by a qualified LG technician to see what the problem is.

you may have blockage in pipe from drawer to tub but more likely the soap drawer is clogged. take it right out and clean thoroughly
