I had this problem too.
There was no low ink warning but one colour was missing, as seems to be your case.
Either the jet is still blocked or the colour is dry.
I had to change the cartridge and all worked fine.

SOURCE: nozzle check
Running cleaning cycles will only clear out some clogging but not really solid clogs which it sounds like you have with this printer.
I'd recommend finding a suitable cleaning solution (you'll have to google that I'm afraid) and then soak a pad of kitchen roll or similar in it... Place this pad on the printheads resting pad area (you may need to manually move the printhead to one side to do this.
... the push the printhead into the resting/parked position and leave overnight. This allows the cleaning solution to wick into the printhead nozzles and break down any clogged ink.
Run a single cleaning routine the next day (don't try to rush things!) and a single nozzle check. Leave for an hour and repeat a nozzle check.
You may need to repeat the cleaning pad routine but even a solidly clogged printer can be brought back to life so long as you are patient and you have the right solution (obviously).
Hope that helps.

The cause of your problems is you may need to replace your printheads or clean them. By doing a search on the internet you may find a solvent or information on how to clean the printheads.

It appears that the printer is malfunctioning and will require service. I suggest contact its manufacturer to verify the warranty status of your printer, and have it replace by them. If the warranty is already expired, you can send the printer to the nearest service center for repair.
