Dll errors occur due to various reasons incomplete installation or removal of a program, missing, corrupt, or incorrect .dll file paths, and more. Failure to fix these errors can result with severe PC problems click start right click on my computer you should see your drive usually C: select properties click tools check now tick both boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery on any bad sectors or you could tick one box and wait until its finished then return and tick the other box then select check now start should schedule this task when restart do not do anything while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may damage your computer also download a registry cleaner http://download.cnet.com/jetclean/3000-18512_4-75627788.html JetClean tidies your registry, gets rid of junk files, deletes broken shortcuts, and attempts to give your computer that like-new feel again. Hope it helps.

SOURCE: it gives messsage for dll missing.

From what i have read, this is malware, a trojan.
You need to get rid of it.
Run a program like Malwarebytes in safe mode (F8 on boot, choose safe mode with networking) also run with system restore OFF, lots of malware and viruses hide there.
Follow this guide....

Have you tried doing a file search for nvdesk32.dll on your c: drive? You may find it in another folder. If you find it in another folder just copy and paste it to the c:\windows\system32 folder. Good luck.

MSVCR71.DLL NOT FOUND

If the error started appearing soon after you have installed a new application or device driver, then it is possible that the error is occurring due to problems in the installation. To fix the error in this case, uninstall the software you installed and reinstall it.

Many times, errors related to DLL files, such as Msvcr71.dll, occur due to malware infections. Download, install and run Malwarebytes.

Hope this helps.

Once you have downloaded the file you are looking for you still need to make sure Windows or the program causing the error can find it. Follow these steps:

1. If you are encountering an error with Windows...
The file you downloaded needs to be placed into the Windows System directory. On most machines this is one of the following locations:
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me),
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).

If you are encountering an error with a particular program...
The file most likely needs to be in this program's directory. This directory is where the program is installed (i.e. c:\Program Files\ThisProgram).

If this step solves the problem, you do not need to complete step 2.

2. You may to register this file with Windows. Click on the Start Menu and then on 'Run'. If you are replacing a Windows system file, type the following command:
regsvr32 \windows\system\file.dll (Windows 95/98/ME),
regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\file.dll (Windows NT/2000), or
regsvr32 \windows\system32\file.dll (Windows XP).

For example, 'regsvr32 \windows\system\apphelp.dll'

If you are replacing a file for another program, change the directory where appropriate. For example, 'regsvr32 \program files\Norton\xyz.dll'

If the file is registered correctly, you will receive a positive confirmation message.
