go here pick your model number / operating system. download / save to desktop and install. note vista users right click and run as administrator. and then
1. Click the Windows Start button.
2. Click Control Panel, System and Maintenance and then Device Manager.
3. Right-click on Chicony USB 2.0 Camera and select Update Driver Software. A yellow exclamation point indicates that the camera is recognized by Windows but is not working properly, probably because of problem with the device driver
4. Select Browse my computer for the driver software.
5. Select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
6. Select USB Video Device from the list, and click Next.
7. If the message “Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device” appears, click Close.
8. Restart Windows.
this bug is tricky good

Easy camera is the software for the camera that will gives you few applications that you can do to the camera. Here's the link where to download the driver of the camera itself. Go to the camera category and choose the correct operating system. You may wish to save the file for future reference or run it directly from the site.

Tips for a great answer:
You can always download Manycam and install it. Go to
www.google.com and in the search box type: "download.cnet.com"
(without the quotes). Click on the link to go to the site. When the
site opens look down on the left and you will see a gray area that says Find
Software. Type "Manycam" (without the quotes) in the white
search area then hit the search mirror. When it brings back your results
look for the one that says ManyCam Virtual Webcam. Down load it and
install it. Make sure you remove the check box on any junky programs it
would like to install. You only want to install ManyCam, no additions
whatsoever during the install. ManyCam is totally FREE and easy to use,
and you will always know where your webcam software is.
Once you have it installed and working you can
visit ManyCam's website to get instructions on how to use it with other
applications such as facebook, etc.
