get an sim adapter for the sd card for your computer they are cheap to buy.
connect cable to your simban 100 an copy what you want off of it too.
now put all you want on the sim connected to your computer with sim adapter.
when finished you now have any apps you want on the card. generally.
if you want to load apps from the sim you have to go to security setting in tablet n set it to allow that.
Was the ap specifically designed for the ipad? Try a different phone ap, worst case. Write a message to the developers about your problem, they are happy to fix any problems you run into. It helps the sales of there program, in one way or another.
Go to settings -> wireless and network -> mobile AP -> press the mobile AP check mark -> click yes.
