Try a hard reset. Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds.
Also try charging it. It should give you some indication that it is charging and not completely dead.

It appears your Galaxy is faulty and it will still be under warranty. I suggest you take it to the supplier to get it repaired or replaced under warranty.
If you try to repair it yourself, you will most likely void your warranty.
