can you please tell us little more about your console !! is it possible for you to watch other movies or games , do you get the same error code ?
this could be a solution for you, if you bought something from xboxlive for the page app store and games store. Some internet companies do not give the permission to enter that website. If you go to a friend with a different internet company and download the show/movie.
Then go back home and play it from your xbox.
Error 80004005 is perhaps one of the most annoying things ever to
be flashed on your computer screen. Most computer errors are very
specific to various software's or operations. Error 80004005,
however, seems to be a rather generic error code as it has a tendency
to pop up for all sorts of reasons.
I would download and run the registry
utility from iobit.com It
is freeware and works then run CHKDSK/F. Hope that helps.
It is a general error
telling you the data you want cannot be accessed for
some reason. Usually you'll get a moderately helpful
explanation along with the 80004005 notification. In
most cases, it comes down to lack of permission or DSN
naming problems.
In english...MS is moving your data to another server and it can take 3 to 5 days for everything to update.
