btw i mean press del on the boot screen, as soon as you turn it on you will be met by the foxcon logo or the bios screen, press delete their. or sometimes is another key like F2 or f12, it sould say it on the screen.. Press what ever key it does say to enter setup.. PS dont overclock too much or unsupported processors as it wont boot, you will need to unplug the system, remove the battery from the main board, press and hold the power key for 30 seconds to clear the bios to fix that.

SOURCE: no monitor signal

have you tried checking the monitor to another computer? it could be the monitor?
if not, could be the graphics/video card, or even the motherboard itself could be faulty!

It seem that changing the mother board was needed to confirm as there seems to be a problem related to non communication of the mother board with the CPU, RAM and sections.
Swap and confirm.

Loud beeping sound on start up , now will not start up , power ok

First remove the Ram and boot the system without it. If you hear continuous two beeps, then the problem is with the Ram, you need to replace it. If nothing happens, then your cpu or your motherboard is gone. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.

Not gettin any signal from cpu

When the monitor shows no signal it means either the data cable going from the monitor to the computer or the computers graphics card needs to be replaced.

RAM PROBLEM

Download CPU-Z then see what it displays as. Vista can show different to what you actually have because it allocates memory to things.
