PRINTER PROBLEM

Hi, We have here in the company 10 Panasonic Kx-P3196, some have more than 4 years of use, when the user send the invoice to the printer it begin to print but After printing the three first lines it stop the printing and the lights of the panel blink.
Please help me to resolve this problem.

Sevearl problems for this model will give this result. Unit not cost effective to repair. Need to know more on which panel lights blink.
