Question about Dewalt Dc012 Worksite Radio With Built-In Charger
Radio will charge batteries, radio works with a battery inserted, however radio will not work whole plugged in. What could be the problem?
Plug out the wire from radio outside,when u want to use radio in battery mode

There is a small transformer which is used to lower the voltage for the radio to use (12 Volts I think) These transformers have been known to be defective at times. You can pick one up at the Dewalt store for about $25.00 and install it yourself.
