Question about Bose (321GS) System
We have had the system for less than 2 years and never had a problem. Now, anytime we put in a DVD it says "FORMAT UNSUPPORTED". We can still play music CD's... just not DVD's. I emailed BOSE approx. 10 days ago and haven't heard a thing from them. Please Help!!!
You need to stand at the front of a Bose store and tell everyone about to enter your story, until the manager of the store agrees to give you a new one. This looks like an ongoing problem that Bose knows about and will not address. $900+ and maybe 60 hours dvd time and I'm on the same boat. I thought Bose could be a trusted company.

I have had the same problem. I got in touch with Bose customer service. I am sending my system to them at my expense. However, it will be repaired free of charge and I will be given an additional 1 year warranty.
