If your Craig tower speaker won't turn on or charge correctly, it could be caused by a problem with the battery, the charging port or cable, or a software issue. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the battery level and make sure it is charged. If the battery is low, charge the speaker using the supplied charger or cable.
Try a different charger or cable to see if the issue is with the charging cord. Make sure the charging cord is not damaged or frayed.
Check the charging port on the speaker and make sure there is no debris or buildup preventing a proper connection. Clean the port with a soft, dry cloth if necessary.
Try resetting the speaker by holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds. This will force the speaker to restart and may resolve the issue.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to have the speaker serviced by a professional technician.
Sounds like you have a fuse problem. Check the fuse and if that;s not it then more than likely you have Problems in the power supply. It should have a year warranty on it. I would take it back.
