Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player
My MP3 player was working just fine until i just happened to turn off for a second to hook it to my computer. then when i hooked it up, my computer wouldnt recongnize the device. i havent had this problem before, and i only had this mp3 player for about 6 months or so. is there any thing i can do or is it time to get a new MP3 player
I have more advice on my Tips & Tricks for fixing Sansa players, but here is a likely candidate:
Download the Sansa Recovery Tool from Sandisk's website (make sure the Sansa is not plugged into the computer yet). Once the Recovery Tool is downloaded, connect the Sansa to the computer while holding in the REC button and continue to hold it even after th player is plugged in. It should go into Recovery Mode in 10-15 seconds or so.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
