Well first you need the download the sansa media converter. You can probably find it a www.sansa.com. If not google it. There are videos and manuals on how-to get the video onto the mp3 player. a quick lesson here, install, connect the sansa and open/add the videos to the program. Hope this helps. (it is a sansa 4 gb right?)

I think you need a third party software, just convert your videos to the format which support by your player.
Here is a detail tutorial about how to convert almost all popular video formats even high definition video for playback on your portable multimedia players such as iPod touch/video/nano/classic, Zune, iPhone, Apple TV, PSP, Xbox 360, PS3, Archos, iRiver PMP Player, Creative Zen, Pocket PC, and Mobile Phone etc.

Cant put videos on mp3

It may be that your mp3 has specific file formats that it accepts for videos, which is most common - in which case you will have to covert or compress any standard format video into an acceptable video.

Your vidoes may be too big in actual screen size or your slick mp3 player doesn't accept videos.

You may also need the software compatible with your mp3 player in order to download video's successfully. You will need to download or install the software for your mp3 player which will make it easier to upload vdieo's. You may be able to do this via the manufacturers site, or prompted to do this when adding the device to your computer.

I cant put videos on my mp3

you need to either buy videos, already compressed and meant for your player, or buy (expensive + illegal) software to convert these files into the right format.
