This solution works for
most tablets. •
Power off the tablet •
Tap Power, then press
and hold Power + Vol Down until you get a menu, then release •
Look for a Recovery or
Factory Reset option, and select it.*PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL ERASE ALL DATA,
INCLUDING THE PASSWORD*
I have tried this a bunch of times but it just turns back on.
Some tablets may use the combo Power + Vol Up, alternately I believe post Android v3 as long as you linked the device to an email account you can enter an incorrect password 5 times and you should see a "Forgot Password?" button appear, click that and follow the prompts to change the password.
Hi Justin, what if all that comes on after you've completed this step is the green android laying on it's back with a red triangle with an exclamation point above him?
If you were able do the factory reset and it still doesn't load then you may need to return the device.

Power the unit off (holding power buttom) and selecting Power off, then hold simultaneusly back button and on buttom 8 seconds,the android icon appear press back buttom, in the menu select wipe data/factory reset pressin home buttom and then press back buttom, in the next screen select "yes delete all user data" pressig back buttom, and in the nex screen select "reboot system now" with the back buttom and wait. IT WORK FOR MY TABLET

Low memory for android process. Update slideme from www.slideme.org and then install eveything on the micro sd. Let the tablet memory free for process. I know this because a got the same tablet with the same problemm until this. First return the tablet to factory default
