Question about Eureka 431A Optima Bagless Upright Vacuum
I can't find the button for the roll brush reset! I have taken apart the vacuum and everything works fine except the roll brush wont turn. The button is not located on the outside like the owners manual states for the 430 series is the button hidden somewhere and I just haven't found it yet?! Please help!!!!
If the red light is one the says "check brushroll" then you have to take it apart to find out what the problem is. It might be that the roll has too much stuff rapped around it so you have to take it out and clean. It could also be the rubber belt is not properly in place. Once you take the bottom off the belt should go on the far right side. Those are the only things i can think of. I have had mine for 3 years and have never seen a reset switch. Usually when my light comes on it is because there is a lot of hair rapped around my brush roll.
