You don`t installed your driver corectly. You need to find the drivers on the provider`s site. After you downloaded it, you need to uninstall your curent drivers of your web-cam and install your new driver of the provider`s site.

This error message can occur it the wrong video driver is being installed.
You can download the video driver for your motherboard from the motherboard manufacturer's WEB site.

Yeah thats true before using the service you need to configure it manually or automatic, depends on the service provider, Some provider gives the option to download the MMS settings from Web Site, you just need to select the brand, model number and the phone number to send the settings.

For Example: If you need and settings for SONY mobile just go to the web site and follow the steps to download it.

If it comes to manually you need to call the customer care service provider to get the details like IP address, port or APN (if any).

All phones have the model number under the battery on the little white tag. Some providers have their numbers start with differnt things. When you get the model number you might have to google that number to see if there is a "nickname" for that device.

You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop. This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model laptop are located. Also make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the driver for your Windows operating system.

What do you mean by "reloading Windows"? Did you repair it? Maybe did reinstallation? If so, you may need to install drivers for your Ethernet adapter. You will need to specify Ethernet adapter manufacturer and model (if it is onboard adapter, then motherboard manufacturer and model), so I can provide you with the download link, in case you don't have the drivers.
