    Hi,
I also purchased my crib from Pottery barn in 2004. Its the Dana model and my lower spring bracket right has cracked. Pottery Barn says there is nothing they can do for me. Did you have any luck finding parts? Also how did you determine it was manufactured by simmons? I would appreciate any help as I cannot slide my side up and down now, very anoying !!
    Thanks

I have the simmons crib, purchased in 2003, same model number.  It was given to me by a friend who said they bought it at Pottery Barn, but how can I know that for sure, when there is no Pottery Barn logo on it?  Does anyone know the name for this crib?

SOURCE: Converting Simmons Crib 'n' More to a full size bed

You can call Simmons Customer support at 1-800-218-2741 and order the rails - they are $79.99 which includes shipping. I just did so yesterday. I had the same problem. I purchased this crib 5 years ago and now need the bed rails to convert to a full bed. You cal also email them at customerservice@sjfdec.com. Shipping takes about 2-3 weeks.

We had the same thing happen and Pottery Barn was terrible at helping us remedy the problem. However, after much research, we found the solution! There is a company called Products America (www.productsamerica.com) that sells replacement kits for the PBK cribs. Ours was the antique white sleigh crib...all parts matched perfectly and were identical to the originals! Good luck!

Need replacemant parts for Pottery Barn Dana crib

How old is the crib and what parts do you need? If the crib was made in 2006 or earlier, you can contact Delta Enterprise (who makes the Delta Luv cribs). They made the Dana cribs way back then. If it is 2007 or later, contact Pottery Barn direct. Don't ever use anyone else's hardware on a crib other than the manufacturers. Also - please don't use the crib with any broken or missing hardware. It is very dangerous!

Hello, i have a pottery barn thomas crib and the bar does not go up and down any more it is only a year old and I contacted pottery barn and they said there is nothing they could do. Also I wanted to...

We may be able to help you with the dropside hardware. In order to determine the type of correct hardware required for your crib, we will need to ask a few specific questions. If possible, please call us when you are with the crib for direct assistance at 800.205.9642 or 800.772.1041. Unfortunately, we do not carry conversion rails at this time. Many cribs do convert to full size beds by using a standard metal bed frame (often called a Hollywood bed frame) and using the non moving side of the crib as a headboard. However, we do not have information specific to your crib to be able to say for sure.

Need to know where to locate replacement fastners, brackets for pottery barn kendall crib in white.

I have the same problem. I'm specifically looking for the bottom left plastic guide bracket that holds the raising/lowering side into place. What are you looking for? Maybe we could work something out so that at least one of us has a functioning crib?

I have a simmons little folks crib that has a broken bottom plastic guide to lower the sides and the crib is over 15 years and simmons wont sell me the parts. please help.

If you have the pieces of this plastic guide you can go to the hardware store and buy some epoxy [glue] designed for plastic. This will do the job for you.

Plastic piece for sliding side rail

I 100% agree that Pottery Barn Kids is terrible. Williams Sonoma (parent company) used to have top notch customer service and now it seems to be among the worst.

We had the exact same experience and got stonewalled by PBK.

Solution - Call the manufacturer. In the case of our crib (a 6 year old Dana model), it is made by Simmons Juvenile. It should say on your crib exactly who the manufacturer is and should also have the model number. Look for the stickers towards the bottom on the inside. Their website is http://www.simmonskids.com/consumer_service.cfm. They answered the phone immediately, and could not have been more helpful. Charged me $14 for parts that I needed.

I don't know that I will ever buy a product from PB again, but I certainly would from Simmons.

Broken upper guide needs replacement

I had the same crib as #2 and the same problem.  It was from Pottery Barn Kids as well.  The web customer support was no help, but I called a store near me and they were able to order the whole part set again. It cost less than 10 dollars.
I hope that helps.
