Question about Panasonic NI-A57SR Iron with Auto Shut-off
It may have been dropped but I took it appart and everything is intact
It looks like the only thing that could break is the control module in the handle. Are these replaceable or is this headed to the trash bin.?
Is this module the auto off thing and could I just remove it making the iron an ON-OFF variety? Thank you
First test your heating element to see if it is working.
You can by pass the control module by removing it from the line. Just disconnect all wires that goes to the module and put aside, then, connect back lead to the far right connection and white wire to the third connection from the left. Be careful playing with electricity is hazardous to yout health if you don't know what you are doing.
