The drivers for the video card have to match the windows version that yuo are running. Go wither to the manufactures website of the computer or the video card maker, if a no-name PC and look for the correct driver. See if theier is a newer driver or if you have the same one as the one that they recomment.
If that be the case ten the video card is not fast enought to play the game . You can upgrade to a different card. If you need more help give us the make , model of computer and/or mother board and/or video board as the case may apply.
