Sorry to sound rude, but you answered your own question. You can only upload a song as a ring tune if it is 300kb or less

Perform a google search and you will find and dowload free cab files for smart phones to increase the ringtone size to 25MB. I make my own ringtones and had to do this in order for them to play.

My media player wont open and everytime i try to listen to a song or watch a video it wont work. I can't even set the songs as ringtones. Can u help?

I work for AT&T and have seen this problem on a few BlackJack II's. The way to fix it is to do a master reset on the phone. This will allow it to play again...BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR CONTACTS AND FILES BECAUSE THESE WILL BE DELETED!! Other than that, it will fix your problems!

You can reset your phone’s settings and clear all added
data from memory.
Resetting the Phone
1. On the Home screen, press the Start soft key
2. Select Settings > More… > Security > More… > Reset.
3. Enter the reset password and press the Done soft key. The default password is 0000.
4. Press the Yes soft key to confirm. The phone resets and reboots itself

My blackjack keeps saying that the song i want as ringtones are to big

you will likely need to edit the song to just a small snipit of the song. I know that most phones are limited to around 300kb or smaller.

Files corrupted on my blackjack 2

I had to hard reset mine to fix the problem. this thread has a way to do that on it. http://forums.wireless.att.com/cng/board/message?board.id=samsung&thread.id=68502

if you are worried about losing everything on your phone just sync it up with your computer and it will save all your contacts and pictures/music so after the reset you can put them back on your phone.

Setting ringtones for callers on blackjack 2

To set a ringtone for a caller their numbers have to be saved to your phone not your sim card. But sometimes certain ringtones won't work and i don't know why.

How to play avi format?

That is correct. The WM 10 on the Blackjack only supports MP4's and WMV's. You can download Windows Media Encoder and set it to 320x240 screen size and set the quality to pocket pc settings and it should play. You can Google this subject and find more info. I encoded an hour long, 720mb file down to 60mb... fits on a Micro SD card and looks pretty good.
