Question about Samsung SCH-u340 Cellular Phone

Hard to hear people talking

My dad has trouble hearing people says they sound very far away. I have the same phone and don't have this problem. He does have some hearing problems himself but says its the phone because it comes and goes.I was just wondering if these phones have had any issues like this.

First try to clean the two microphone holes with a thombnail / if you can open the phone and clean it if you cant just clean it from outside
if you still have the same problem call your provider and let them refresh your account

Other people can hardly her me when im talking

Hi,

when you call someone and they don;t hear you,it means that the mouth piece which is located at the bottom of the phone and allows people to hear is faulty and will need to be replaced.

When you replace the mouth piece, people can now hear you.

Take care.

Your probably going to have to take it in to your Cell phone service provider. I had the same issue and it ended up getting worse(meaning no one could hear me) and i had to have the phone replaced. More than likely something came loose.
