To reset your Nokia 6085 phone, do any of these depending on what you want exactly either to partial formatting or complete formating. 1. To do partial format, Reset to factory defaults,Dial this code (*#7780#) ,that is Restores settings but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)
2. To do a full reset, type this on your phone(*#7370#) : This re-formats completely the C: drive (phone memory). All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten. To do a Hard reset, 1. Switch off the phone. 2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button. 3. While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone. 4. Release when the phone shows the nokia hands logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen. It may take a few attempts and very flexible fingers!
try this: get a headset connect it then disconnect it go to settings - profiles - and select another profile. If it doesnt work try to restore factory settings if you dont know the sercurity code it should be 12345 by default
