If you are sure it is not a battery problem then the unit needs repaired.

Do you have the CD installation of your camera? When bying the camera, you may have a CD with. So you have to use this CD to install your camera if windows doent make it automacaly

Nv3 it says memory full even if the sd card is empty. it wont take photos
try using the camera to reformat the SD card.
Or maybe if that camera has internal memory, it is set to use the internal memory. Go to the options and set the camera to use the SD card
