The ignitor module is probably wet, or has failed, or the switch on your burner control has failed. Ignitor is usaually on back of unit, toward the top. I would concentrate on the ignitor unit.

Igniter switch keeps lighting after stove is off

I had a similar problem , the igniter switch on my gas hob would spark constantly. It turned out to be moisture or grease had caused the switch to short out. I unplugged the mains that feeds the ignition and removed & cleaned the switch. Cured the problem.

Ignitor won't shut off

If you have constant sparking from the igniter, I would check for grease guild up in the ignition switch , arking across the contacts, I had that fault myself on another gas cooker , but be warned make sure power to igniter is off,

The burners are off but the front two keep clicking

The most common cause for this problem is when the range is cleaned with excessive water and water gets into the burner control knobs it causes the igniter switches to short out and click non-stop. If you have recently cleaned the range you might have that problem. You will need to disconnect the power to the range for 24 hours until the water dries up. There is also a condition called "ghost spark" and it is caused by an electrical plug that has reverse polarity. Ghost spark can be similar to the problem you are describing but the clicking will not be fast but instead slower than normal. And finally there could be a broken igniton switch in a burner control knob that is causing the constant clicking.

Pilot on GE stove keeps popping non-stop

As far a "popping" do you mean the igniter on the cook top "clicking"? Did you clean the range and use too much water? If water gets into the igniter switches they will short out and constantly click. Also if the polarity at the electrical plug you can get what is called "ghost spark" so make sure that the polarity is correct at the electrical outlet. Each gas control valve has a switch that turns on the igniter when the knob is in a certain position and they are all wired in a sequence. One of those switches may be shorted out or have a loose wire(range dis-assembly required to inspect). Do you visually see a spark at the electrodes of the burners or do the burners ignite? If you cannot see the spark then there may be a grounding issue and possible loose wire.

Igniter

igniter's are bad and, or, a short in the wiring or switch. replace the igniter, then check to see if problem still exists, you can also check wires going from igniter to switch with ohm meter for continuity and shorted wires.
