Go into your Word Document and print from "Tools" then "Letters and Mailings" and click on Envelopes and Labels. Sometime the perimeter isn't defined and it is on there but it's outside the scope of your envelope, especially if the return address isn't in the correct place also. You may even be able to correct it where you are by decreasing the "window" of your typing space, it's just too large.

How to print both return address and to address on ?size 10 envelopes

Open Microsoft Office Word.
Open File > Page Setup > Paper size > Envelope #10 (in Office Word 2003)
or
Open Page Layout > Size > Envelope #10 (in Office Word 2007 / 2010)

Then type the address like usual typing and print it.

I've found website to do this manually, but I'm not sure what the printer is. You can check out in here :

Trying to print on a #10 envelope from iMac 27 with Os 10.5.1 using iWork. Printer will not load paper

I am on an iMac using OSX 10.5.8 and printing on an Epson R1800. With iWork, word processing module I set up the envelope to print and under the File menu, select page setup and choose #10 Envelope with Portrait orientation. I feed the envelope into the printer in the normal horizontal, top first, print surface up. In the File menu I select Print and hit Return. Most of the time this works. Sometimes the envelope feeds through without printing, and occasionally the envelope won't feed but the printer goes through the printing cycle. The R1800 is not the ideal envelope printer. It is made to print photos on photographic paper. I use an old fashioned typewriter to address envelopes.

Envelope jam HP Officejet 8500

Hi,

Try to print envelope through Microsoft Word

Steps:-

1) Click Tools , click Letters and Mailings and then click Envelopes and Labels .
2) Type the Delivery and Return address information.
3) Click Options .
4) On the Envelope Options tab, set the following options:-
  • Envelope size : set to match the loaded envelopes.
  • US only : if desired, select the Delivery point barcode to make it easier for mail sorting machinery to correctly route the envelope.
  • Return address : for Size 10 envelopes only, set the Return Address position .8 inch in the From left section.
5) Select the Printing Options tab and verify that the following settings are selected:
  • Select the Feed Method option that shows the envelope on the far right side with the short edge first.
  • Select Face down .
  • Examine the selected feed method image and verify that the envelope flap is on the left side of the envelope. If it is on the right, select or deselect Clockwise rotation.
6) Click OK and then click Print .

As envelop can not feed correctly every time, it depends on the weight, flap design, paper type and other factors & cause jam, To prevent those you can do.
  • Print envelopes at a higher quality setting so envelope is pulled through the unit more slowly. e.g:- Switch fast to slow mode or slow to best mode.
  • Tuck the flap inside the envelope before loading it into the printer.

Have a nice day...don't forget to rate the solution.

    LEXMARK X1240 WON'T PRINT ENVELOPES

I was so pissed off that so many on the web had this same problem that I spent many hours trying to get it to work. I am sure that this is not how it is designed to work but my envelopes got printed.First I went under File, Print, Properties to Page Set-up for envelope #10. I also ********** print colour images in black and white which someone else had suggested- although it might not be necessary. I selected quick print but normal should probably work too. I then closed out these two windows. Then under tools, I selected Letters and Mailing, then envelopes and labels, typed in the addresses, went under options and changed the feed from automatic to default tray, which automatically changes the feed method to the 4th one out of 6 which wasn't what I wanted but ignore it. Check off face up. Putting the envelope into the printer was bizarre- it has to be inserted very far into the printer until only 2-3 inches of the envelope stick above the horizontal surface of the printer. It must be inserted into the middle of the paper holder, until it is just 2-3 inches sticking up, and then slide it all the way over to the right where the printer indicates the envelope should be- nice and straight against the right margin. Do not use the movable paper holders that they suggest you swing over to the right to hold your envelope- or printing won't occur for some odd reason. Press O.K. on envelopes and labels and then press print. Good luck- it worked for me.

    Cannot print envelope on MX310

    Note:
    • Be sure to set the printer driver setting properly. If you do not, the address will be printed in the wrong direction.

    • It may be required to change the paper size option to 'Envelope' in File Page Setup menu.
      Note:

    Printer Driver Settings:

    1Select Envelope in Media Type.

    1. Select the size for envelopes.

      * In Windows, select DL Env. or Comm. Env. #10 in Page Size.
    2. * In Macintosh, select DL Envelope or #10 Envelope in Paper Size.
    3. Select Landscape in Orientation.
