Friend your mobile phone is restricted in other sim rather than smart because the phone is set or locked to only one network wich is the SMART.in our term your phone is not openline. Friend to make your phone open line you need to go to SMART provider and ask to openline your phone.or you need to go to moble phone service center around you and they will do the job.i cant help you online coz it needs software and cable wires to do the unlocking.that would take a short time to unlock just about ten minutes so if you go you just wait your phone and donot leave it. thats all friend hope i helped you.good luck

i didnt get ur question properly ?
U need sim card restriction code ? if thats the case call up to ur network provider they will provide u with the code.
If u need ur cell phone code then, refer ur manual , by default all nokia phone codes are set to 12345

The letter p appears if you press the button star(*) three times quickly
The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly
The symbol + appears if you press the button star(*) two times quickly
