DMI pool search and system hangs (by 3 users)

After 4 months of sucessful working of D-link PCI modem DFM 562IS starts problem and system hangs after booting. When i am not fitted the card it works perfectly. After inserting the card to PCI slot it hangs the machine.
2 Other Users Have The Same Problem

check that the pci slot is nice and clean then make sure the card is inserted fully, and restart your machine, if the problem still persists try and get the most up to date driver for the card from belkin's website copy following link and paste in your address box
http://modem.free-driver-download.com/D-... and install it restart the computer if the problem is still there it's 100% faulty modem card and it needs replacing.
