that happend to me aswell, coz the asus motherboard are like that.
1st unplug all the cabels from the mother board like, harddrive ID and Cd-room ID, leave just the power supply on and try to start Your computer if it doesnt work take off the cabels of USB or anything else that is connected in the motherboard and try to switch it on, if that doesnt work.

get another graphic card and try with it maybe u have prob with ur graphic card, and if that doesnt work take of the motherboard from ur case and try to switch it on like that coz ASUS MOTHERBOARD are really silly sometimes.

Please help me to determine the problem of my PC, it has no output or display on the monitor, the processor fan is spinning when pluged and then will turn off after a minute, the power supply is ok because...

you may have to find a manual for your motherboard, which could be difficult if you dont know what kind it is. somewhere on the mnotherboard is a connection for a speaker. the motherboard speaker, which is probbably noit installed, is supposed to give out "beep codes" when you have fatal or serious errors related to booting. if you can get ahold of a cheap little speaker and figgure out how to hook it up to the motherboard, you will get a series of beeps,. once you have the beeps, you need to go to the motherboard manufacturer's website to decipher the beep code.

without the beep code, i can still confidently say-

the problem is prolly your video card or ram, and you ve already checked the ram. if you have an integrated video card, you might be able to disable the integrated card in bios and install a new video card, or you may have to get a new motherboard.

Ati radeon 7000 agp card not recognize by the system

Have you tried cleaning the AGP slot out with a combo of canned air & a clean paint brush? Set the bios for AGP 4X & connect power to the 7200 if power is needed. Still nothing. Try another AGP card.
